I want to thank all of you who have helped get this little corner of the web going! I truly appreciate it. I also need to thank all of my readers, it still amazes me that construction law and my thoughts about it are interesting enough to warrant your attention, please keep it up!

Now, for those of you who want a platform and have ideas to voice about construction law in general, green build, ideas for a co-authored post, mechanic’s liens, risk management, LEED or anything else that I can justify touching on the topic of construction law, please e-mail me or comment here. Unfortunately my feedflare e-mail link is broken for this post and the prior two so you will need to either e-mail me from my profile, check out any of the other links to information on my practice or check out other posts to get the e-mail. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I look forward to enriching this conversation with your guest posts, thoughts, and other rants on the topic of construction and contracting.

UPDATE: Feedflare is back working, this should make things easier!

  1. Throughout my practice, I am frequently taken back by large-scale successful contractors and builders that have not taken the steps to prepare themselves for these types of catastrophes – as you point out it requires more than just builders risk insurance.

    Thanks for the insight.
