		<description>Throughout my practice, I am frequently taken back by large-scale successful contractors and builders that have not taken the steps to prepare themselves for these types of catastrophes - as you point out it requires more than just builders risk insurance.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks for the insight.</description>
