Check Out the VBA’s New Construction Law Blog

Virginia Bar Association Construction and Public Contracts Law SectionThe Virginia Bar Association has launched a great construction resource (to read along with Musings of course) for all of you construction attorneys out there.  My pals Scott Kowalski and Josh Johnson are the curators and driving force behind the effort.

Here’s the announcement:

The VBA Construction and Public Contracts Law Section now has its own VBA Construction Law Blog to continue the section’s efforts to provide valuable services related to construction and public contracts issues. We plan to post on a regular basis.

Any visitor can view the blog; it is open to the public as a public resource. All viewers can share postings. Logged-in members can submit comments and rank or Like postings. Comments will be reviewed before being posted.

Additionally, logged-in members can subscribe to the blog from the blog page. Each time a new post is added, subscribers will get an email with a link to the new post.

The project is headed by Chair Scott Kowalski and Joshua Johnson. In fact, Josh created the first post. All council members of the VBA Construction and Public Contracts Law Section will be writing for the blog. If you would like to submit a post or become a regular contributors, please contact Scott or Josh.

The section also sees the VBA Construction Law Blog as a marketing tool for both our section and for the lawyers in our section.

As always, I welcome your comments below.  Please subscribe to keep up with this and other Construction Law Musings.
