I completely agree with you.  The AIA &amp; ConsensusDOCS are terrific for what they do.  I think the main problem is when owners and/or contractors use one of the form agreements, and believe that everything is covered.  Great post highlighting the need for tailoring the contract to the specific project. 

(I also agree that, at the moment, ConsensusDOCS are more flexible - and thus better.  But that&#039;s just my opinion.)</description>
