Happy Memorial Day to all of the readers of Construction Law Musings.  I will be closing the office for the day and enjoying some time with family and friends.  I hope that all of you will be doing the same.

Thanks for your readership and comments and a special thank you to all of our men and women in uniform for these are the folks (past and present) that this day is all about.
