Head’s Up: I’ll be Guest Posting at Construction Law in NC

Construction Contract and Mechanic's LienI thought I’d give all of my readers a head’s up on my June 23, 2011 guest post at the great Construction Law in North Carolina blog hosted by my pal and fellow construction lawyer Melissa Brumback (@melissabrumback).

I’ll be talking about things that contractors and subcontractors need to look out for on the front end of a project in order to assure (as best is possible) that the project and payment will go smoothly over the course of the construction project.

In the meantime, check out Melissa’s blog and mark your calendars.

As always, I welcome your comments below.  Please subscribe to keep up with this and other Construction Law Musings.
