Off to New Orleans for Green Legal Matters

Green Legal Matters 2010Back in March, I posted on this great conference.  Now it’s here and early tomorrow morning I will be heading off to the great city of New Orleans to join friends and fellow construction and green building bloggers and attorneys (among them Tim Hughes (@timrhughes), Shari Shapiro (@sharishapiro), Chris Cheatham (@chrischeatham) and Doug Reiser (@douglasreiser)).  I will be speaking with Scott Wolfe (@scottwolfejr) on the topic of “Leedigation: The Impact of Leed 3.0, Litigation and Green Building Regulation.”  For other topics check out the conference program, I am sure you’ll find something interesting.

I look forward to speaking, attending several sessions and most importantly catching up with friends for a couple of days of learning and fun.  If you happen to be at the conference, please check in, I’d love to catch up and meet you.  If not, please comment here and let me know your thoughts.

As always, I welcome and encourage your comments below, please share your thoughts.  Also, please subscribe to keep up with the latest Construction Law Musings.

Won’t be there, but would love to see any white papers/powerpoints/etc that you guys prepare if that’s possible.
