Christopher,

I am an attorney in Illinois and just hung my shingle in August, concentrating in construction, real estate, and environmental law. As a former in-house counsel with an engineering firm and now as a sole practitioner, I would echo your evaluation of the IICLE products. I subscribe to their "smartbooks" program, which for a monthly fee (I believe it is $60) gives attorneys online access to all of their publications and forms (including downloadable files for reference and use). Their online library is organized by practice area and is quite extensive. It has been a great help to me in starting my practice.

Keep up the good work on the blog! I am an ABA Forum on the Construction Industry member (Division 5) and perhaps will see you at an upcoming event.

Best,

Nate Hinch
