		<description>Doug - did you ever consider whether or not a Renewable Energy Credit is either personal property or a general intangible, and therefore subject to Article 9? See http://www.lw.com/upload/pubContent/_pdf/pub2572_1.pdf

I&#039;m wondering if a contractor for solar panels or other renewable energy might be able to file a financing statement securing and interest in the REC&#039;s.</description>
