Remember when I suggested (read yelled from the hills) that you should save the date for the 46th Annual Construction Law and Public Contracts Seminar?  Well, now you can sign up for this great event.

I have been attending the Annual Construction Law and Public Contracts Law seminar for years now (with my firm having “100% attendance” every time).  I’ve also, almost annually, praised the combination of networking and programming at this great two day gathering of construction lawyers, judges, and other construction law adjacent presenters.  I have even been honored to be a speaker at this seminar, both virtually (2020) and otherwise.

I highly recommend that anyone interested in the practice and business of construction law in Virginia attend.  As a member of the Board of Governors for the VSB Construction and Public Contract Law Section, I have been in on the planning of this year’s seminar and I can assure you that the program will have a few different wrinkles to it and that you will learn a lot.
