As I sit here through another “false summer” here in Virginia, and have followed the school busses to work, it amazes me that I have been a solo construction lawyer for 16 years and that none of my children ride those busses. All of the kids are out of college now (for perspective, my youngest was 7 when I “went solo”). It is these days marking certain parts of the year that cause reflection.
So here’s wishing all of the readers of Construction Law Musings a wonderful Labor Day holiday and a great school year to those with kids that are just starting a new year.
As always, I welcome your comments below. Please subscribe to keep up with this and other Construction Law Musings.
