Thank You Once Again for the Legal Elite Election for 2022

Thank you once again to those in the Virginia legal community who elected me to the Virginia Business Legal Elite in the Construction Law category for the 16th consecutive year. The 16 consecutive years of election to the Legal Elite in the Construction Category span my time as a solo construction attorney.  The fact that you all have continued to elect “100%” of the lawyers at The Law Office of Christopher G. Hill, PC for the last 12 years is most gratifying and only confirms that my decision to “go solo” over 12 years ago was a good one.  To be included in this list of top construction attorneys is both humbling and gratifying.  For the complete list of the Virginia construction lawyers that were elected along with me, see the 2022 Virginia Business Legal Elite in Construction Law.

So without further ado, thank you to all of you who voted for me.  I truly appreciate your continued confidence and support of my construction law practice.  Your yearly votes always prod me to learn and continually improve to meet your expectations and keep my practice at this high level.  I also couldn’t do this without the great support from friends and family (not to mention clients), so my gratitude goes out to these great folks.

Thanks again,

Chris

Happy Thanksgiving!

It is that time of year again when I find it appropriate to reflect on the great things in my life.  As I sit here with my family on Thanksgiving Day 2022,  I have much to be thankful for.  I have a thriving construction law practice, great clients, wonderful friends, and of course the best, most supportive family a solo construction attorney like me could ask for.  I also have some great readers and guest post contributors that make this construction-related corner of the internet a more interesting place.

So without further ado, I wish you all a wonderful, happy, and family-filled Thanksgiving.  Have a wonderful holiday.

Happy End of Summer from Construction Law Musings

Ahh, Labor Day, the end of summer break for many, and the beginning of another school year.  My wife dropped our youngest off for her Sophomore year and the only non-college school year will be experienced by our son, a 6th-grade math teacher in Boone, NC.  Our oldest is now a happy homeowner in her second year of marriage.  In short, all is good at the end of a (relatively) normal summer here in Virginia.

I hope that all of you readers have the opportunity to sit back and relax for one more day before the hectic days of the school year hit in earnest (if they haven’t already).

Here’s wishing you all a wonderful, relaxing, and fun-filled Labor Day from Construction Law Musings.
