Check out the Virginia Lawyers Weekly Green Issue

Construction Law Musings at Virginia Lawyers WeeklyIn it’s May 31, 2010 issue, Virginia Lawyers Weekly dedicates itself to “going green.”  I was privileged to be a part of that issue with an article relating to Legal Issues with Green Building.  I have discussed these issues on numerous occasions here at Musings and hope that this issue of the VALW (worth a follow @valw) will provide some further discussion as I firmly believe that these issues will need to be addressed.

Aside from my piece in the issue, fellow attorney and friend Tim Hughes (@vaconstruction and principal author of the well read Virginia Real Estate, Land Use & Construction Law blog) co-authors a piece on Practice as a LEED Accredited Professional.  Please read this piece, it’s a good one.

Again, I recommend this issue to lawyers, both in and out of Virginia, and hope that you will give it a read.

UPDATE:  How could I forget the good stuff from Chris Cheatham? (@chrischeatham)

As always, I welcome your comments below.  Please subscribe to keep up with this and other Construction Law Musings.
