Head’s Up: I’ll be Guest Posting at Construction Law in NC

I thought I’d give all of my readers a head’s up on my June 23, 2011 guest post at the great Construction Law in North Carolina blog hosted by my pal and fellow construction lawyer Melissa Brumback (@melissabrumback).

I’ll be talking about things that contractors and subcontractors need to look out for on the front end of a project in order to assure (as best is possible) that the project and payment will go smoothly over the course of the construction project.
