I have been attending the Annual Construction Law and Public Contracts Law seminar for years now (with my firm having “100% attendance” every time). I’ve also, almost annually, praised the combination of networking and programming at this great two day gathering of construction lawyers, judges, and other construction law adjacent presenters. I have even been honored to be a speaker at this seminar, both virtually (2020) and otherwise.
This post is to recommend that you attend this year at the Boar’s Head Inn in Charlottesville, VA. The topics list ranges from the annual case law update, to a full compliment of ethics CLE, and beyond. Aside from this great set of topics and a full CLE compliment for 2025-26 (and the stress reduction of not having to squeeze in CLE at the deadline), I always meet new friends and colleagues and have a great opportunity to pick the brains of a great group of construction attorneys to help with any questions I may have (as a solo attorney I tend to save some questions for this seminar).
On site hotel rooms go fast so save the date for the seminar and get your room booked. Be sure to say “Hi” and I look forward to seeing you there!
As always, I welcome your comments below. Please subscribe to keep up with this and other Construction Law Musings.
