I looked at the calendar today and realized that Construction Law Musings turned one last Friday. I put up the first post at the blogger version of this blog on a whim on December 11, 2008 and it has been quite a ride. I want to make sure that I thank all of you who read and comment here on a regular basis. You know who you are and I appreciate each and every one of you.
Also, since that first post, I have made new friends across the country and even here in Richmond. The Guest Posts here on Fridays have also been a wonderful and surprising treat. The volunteer efforts to post here and the things I’ve learned are invaluable. I hope that you all have enjoyed them as much as I have.
I also want to thank the folks at Solo Practice University, particularly @scartierliebel, this is an opportunity of a lifetime that I would not have gotten if I hadn’t taken the plunge and entered the great Web 2.0 world. I also want to thank @yahyahenry at Aribra and @jamesbedell at Build2Sustain for their interest and the opportunity to be a part of two great operations.
I had no idea a year ago that anyone would want to read about Construction Law when I started this blog, but the opportunities, referrals and business that have grown from this small corner of cyberspace are amazing. I wouldn’t change my decision to start writing here at Construction Law Musings for the world.
Thank you again, and here’s to another year!
As always, I welcome your comments below. Also, I encourage you to subscribe to keep up with another year of Construction Law Musings.
