A Great Time at the 40th Annual Construction Law and Public Contracts Seminar

40th Annual Construction and Public Contracts LawIf you are a Virginia (or even a Maryland or DC) construction attorney, you should know of and attend the Virginia State Bar’s Construction and Public Contracts Law seminar every year.  This past November 1st and 2nd was no exception. I always enjoy the time spent with colleagues and friends at the Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, Virginia.  I also meet at least one or two folks I didn’t know or had only spoken to by phone. Talking with those at the seminar always reminds me that I’m lucky to practice in the field that I do because of the skill and collegiality of the construction bar here in Virginia. Continue Reading
